Service

RequestDeck provides self-serve QR song request pages, DJ consoles, displays, QR posters, voting, photo wall tools, and related event features.

Event responsibility

DJs and event operators are responsible for moderation, music decisions, venue rules, payment links they add, and guest-facing content.

Paid access

Paid plans and reserved URLs become active after checkout or manual payment confirmation. Reserved paths may be refused or reclaimed if they are abusive, misleading, or unpaid.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. Event operators should test their event links before going live and keep backup request options available for critical events.
