For account, billing, reserved URL, or live-event support, contact the RequestDeck operator directly from the channel used to buy access. Include your account email, event name, and event date.

Before the event

Create the event, open the DJ console, print the QR poster, and test one guest request from your phone.

During the event

Keep the DJ console private. Share only the guest page, QR poster, or display screen with guests.

Billing

Paid plans are activated after checkout or manual confirmation. Reserved URLs are held only after payment is confirmed.
